The seven principles, the eleven personas, the routing matrix.
Established the bar. Locked the principles. Drew up the eleven personas and walked them through dashboard scoping with each. Built version-controlled decision ledger; every choice carries an audit trail.

Five sign-off threads, each one closed with each persona.
Worked through five critical decision strands — Contract Engine, Commercial, Compliance, Client, Safety, PM — capturing every question and every chosen answer in version-controlled markdown. No spec written without a decision behind it.

Three demonstrable workflows, end-to-end.
Built and deployed the three Innovate UK demo workflows. Each one runs against fictional Cranebank data, each one has the recommendation banner, the locked sign-off declaration, and a competent person at the end of the chain.
- Contract-Aware Engine — five live pages, twelve clauses, six pending notices
- M-USR Onboarding — Register and Admin pages, animated 8-step cascade
- M-PD Programme & Delays — programme uploads, 7 substantiated delay events totalling 350 days
- Recommendation banner + competent-person sign-off wired into all 167 routes

Pitch surfaces and walk-through hardening.
The platform exists; now the pitch surface needs to match. This sales website. The 22-minute walkthrough script. The Innovate UK pack. Visual QA across every page; cross-browser; accessibility; load-time budget.
